Daily Object Tracking

One date-stable multiple-object-tracking configuration per day. Refreshing does not swap the source, target set or object transformation, and the specialist streak stays separate from the frozen Today’s 6 sequence.

Play Daily Object Tracking

The Daily schedule mixes Easy, Standard and Challenge at a fixed 1.0× speed. A successful date requires an Exact target set; retries rebuild the same verified configuration.

Daily means the same tracking problem returns on the same date

The date feeds a deterministic yearly schedule. That schedule chooses the level, source trajectory, symmetry transform, object order and target combination. If a generated configuration would duplicate an earlier configuration in the same year, the schedule advances through deterministic variants until it finds a new identity. The resulting date still reconstructs the same final round every time it is opened.

The 2026 calendar is measured, not assumed

The independent verifier enumerates all 365 dates in 2026. It confirms deterministic reconstruction, target-count validity and actual configuration identity. The frozen 2026 schedule contains 365 distinct configurations with 60 Easy, 180 Standard and 125 Challenge dates. The distinctness claim belongs to the measured 2026 calendar; another year should be rechecked instead of inheriting the statement automatically.

Daily Object Tracking does not change Today’s 6

DailyBrainArc already has a frozen 2026 Today’s 6 sequence and hash. This specialist sits outside that rotation. It does not replace one of the six established games, mutate historical Daily data or alter the platform streak. Daily Object Tracking keeps its own history and streak inside the specialist statistics, allowing a new daily habit without invalidating the original Daily contract.

Daily uses the same verified path bank as Practice

The calendar does not invent unverified trajectories. It materializes from the same committed 90-source bank whose complete paths are screened for minimum object separation. Symmetry transforms and object permutations preserve those distances. Target combinations change which identities you must follow, but they do not change the physical path. This separation keeps the Daily generator broad while making the geometric safety claim auditable.

Why Daily stays at 1.0×

Practice is where you tune temporal load with fixed or Adaptive speed. Daily uses 1.0× so the date-stable challenge has one clear playback contract. The difficulty mix still changes object count and target count across days. Keeping speed fixed also makes a Daily replay easier to compare with itself when you return after an interruption.

What counts as completion

You must recover every target and choose no distractor. Partial target recovery is shown in the result but does not complete the Daily date. You can retry the same date-stable round. A completed Daily record stores target hits, false picks, selection time, level, speed and whether Peek was used. Assisted completion is preserved honestly rather than being silently reported as Clean.

Peek can teach the failure point

If you lose the target set during motion, Peek flashes the targets briefly and marks the round Assisted. On a retry, try to notice what happened just before you lost the configuration. Perhaps two targets crossed opposite sides of the field, one target passed close to a distractor, or your gaze locked onto a single ball. The next Clean attempt can then test whether a different attention strategy helps.

Use a configuration, not a list of isolated balls

A useful mental model is to track the targets as one changing geometric shape. Two targets form a line segment; three form a triangle; four form a quadrilateral that stretches and folds. This does not remove the need to know each identity, but it gives the target set a shared structure. Keeping your gaze near the center of the arena can also reduce the temptation to chase only one object.

Daily difficulty is about target load and crowding

Easy asks for two targets among six objects. Standard asks for three among eight. Challenge asks for four among ten. The harder levels therefore increase both the number of identities you must preserve and the number of indistinguishable alternatives that can replace a lost target. The Challenge timing profile also varies speed slightly during playback while every object remains synchronized to the same normalized path parameter.

Why the game reveals object numbers only after motion

Number labels would make tracking trivial if they remained visible. During target reveal and motion the objects are visually identical except for the temporary target highlight. After motion stops, the interface adds numbers so keyboard users can select the same objects with 1–9 and 0. The labels arrive only after the tracking demand is over, preserving the task while improving accessibility.

Local streaks are intentionally modest

The specialist streak records consecutive Daily Object Tracking completions in this browser. It is a habit marker, not evidence of broad cognitive improvement. Clearing browser storage can remove that local history. The current preview uses local-first persistence and does not require an account or remote score service.

A short daily routine

Start the Daily round once, prioritize Exact recovery over selection speed, and retry only if you want to study the same configuration. If you miss, note whether the lost identity occurred during a close pass, a wall reflection or a moment when your eyes followed one ball. One or two Practice rounds at the same level are enough to reinforce the day’s pattern without turning a short daily exercise into a long session.

Related attention practice

Reaction Time is a single-event speed task, Aim Trainer emphasizes pointer acquisition, Schulte Table is static scanning and Mental Rotation is spatial transformation. Daily Object Tracking isolates the dynamic problem of maintaining several indistinguishable moving identities at once, so rotating among these specialists changes the attentional operation instead of only the visual theme.
