Printable Logic Grid Puzzles
Open a solver-verified logic grid, then use the built-in print view to produce a clean clue sheet and empty deduction grids.
Open a print-ready puzzle
The same interactive deduction engine powers this page. Clues, grids, hints, scoring and print behavior are part of the actual Practice game rather than a static SEO duplicate.
Print the actual playable puzzle
The Print puzzle control uses the same selected grid and clue set you see on screen. It does not swap in an unrelated worksheet or download a pre-made answer sheet. When the browser print dialog opens, navigation, score controls, hints and other interactive chrome are removed so the page is reduced to the puzzle title, clue list and two deduction grids.
For the cleanest worksheet, open a fresh puzzle and print before making marks. The print stylesheet intentionally clears interactive cell symbols so an accidental on-screen × or ✓ does not become part of the worksheet. The clue text remains fully visible even if you previously tapped a clue to mark it as used.
Why the printable version is trustworthy
A printable logic grid is only useful when the clue set has a real solution. The current library contains 160 static fixtures: 40 Easy, 40 Standard, 40 Hard and 40 Expert. Each fixture is independently solver-checked against every possible complete assignment for its grid size, and the published clue set must leave exactly one solution.
- Easy: 3×3 grids with more direct relationships.
- Standard: 3×3 grids with a broader mix of direct, relational and negative clues.
- Hard: 3×3 grids built around indirect and elimination-heavy clues.
- Expert: true 4×4 grids with four people and two four-item categories.
Screen first, paper second
You can solve the same puzzle interactively before or after printing. On screen, cells cycle blank → × → ✓, a confirmed ✓ rules out the rest of its row and column, Undo restores the prior grid state, and Check waits until both matching sections are complete. A Hint fills one verified match and applies a transparent score penalty.
On paper, use the familiar logic-grid method: mark impossible pairs with crosses, circle or check confirmed pairs, and propagate each confirmed one-to-one relationship across the row and column. Because both category grids are printed beside the same clue list, the worksheet preserves the structure used by the browser game.
Fresh worksheets without a giant download library
The Fresh story variant control changes the Practice seed, selects a verified source from the chosen level and deterministically relabels its people and categories. You can then print that current board without a server, account or PDF-generation API. If you want a consistent shared puzzle instead, use Today's grid; its date-based seed keeps that day's selection stable.
Keep going
When you finish, move to another verified difficulty, try the daily grid, print a fresh puzzle, or switch to Sudoku and pattern practice from the broader Logic & Sudoku hub. The goal is a useful path through real playable modes, not a collection of disconnected landing pages.
