STRUCTURED BENCHMARK

Assessment 4

Complete one Clean run in Flick 30, Micro 24, Switch 24 and Track 20s. Results stay local; no invented global rank.

DESKTOP RELATIVE-MOUSE LAB

FPS View Flick

Pointer Lock keeps the crosshair centered while relative mouse movement rotates a virtual field of view. It removes screen-edge clipping without claiming to reproduce a full 3D game engine.

Desktop mouse recommended. Losing Pointer Lock pauses the run rather than silently continuing.

No relative-mouse run yet.

FPS SETUP

Sensitivity profile

Save the setup you intend to compare. cm/360 is mathematical from DPI × sensitivity × yaw; browser pointer speed itself is not automatically game-matched.

DIRECTIONAL ANALYSIS

Landing bias & trend

Uses hit landing offsets from your latest click drill. Positive projection = beyond target center along travel direction; negative = short of center. This is not missed-shot reconstruction.

RUN EVIDENCE

Hit map & trial evidence

Complete a click drill to see normalized hit placement.

Complete a run to unlock trial-level evidence.

PERSONAL COACH

What to train next

Suggestions use only your own local run data.

Matched-course repeatability

0/3 Clean runs

Repeat the same course three times to estimate short-run variation.

Browser timing caveat

Display refresh, browser scheduling, input hardware and operating-system latency are still part of the measurement. This page does not claim to isolate biological reaction time or FPS-game sensitivity.

View & accessibility

Flick 30

The familiar 30-target benchmark, but with misses, movement path, center error and repeatability preserved.

Micro 24

Smaller targets expose fine-correction control. Compare only the same scale and seed.

Gridshot

Three active targets stay on screen. Each hit immediately respawns that slot for 30 or 60 seconds.

Switch 24

Three circles stay visible but only the highlighted one scores. Inactive-target clicks count as misses.

Track 20s

Hold the pointer on a moving target. Tracking is reported separately from click acquisition.

Warmup 3

A same-day local playlist of Flick → Micro → Switch. It is a routine, not a leaderboard or Today’s 6 replacement.

Measurement note: observed Fitts throughput and pointer-path metrics are in-page diagnostics, not an ISO 9241 device certification. Browser cursor movement also cannot reproduce an FPS game’s relative-mouse sensitivity without a dedicated pointer-lock training environment.
