Cribbage 2-player
Discard to the crib, peg without passing 31, then count fifteens, pairs, runs, flushes and nobs. Every deal stays in your browser. V0.332 keeps the full local game first: standardized Daily races, four fair AI levels, exact replay links and a manual Count & Muggins trainer. The specialist decision coach remains available below when you want it.
Advanced strategy, review & accessibility
Live Decision Lab
Analyze all 15 crib discards or compare legal pegging plays. Opening live analysis marks the current hand Assisted; automatic post-decision grading stays retrospective and does not change a Clean run.
Discard scan · all 15 choices
Exact hand value across every starter plus a transparent neutral crib model. It never pretends to know which two cards a real opponent would discard.
Pegging scan · public information only
Ranks your legal cards by immediate points, single-card reply exposure and remaining flexibility. No hidden opponent hand is passed to the model.
Daily Discard Drill
Choose your two throws before revealing a full 15-choice comparison. The drill is separate from Today’s 6 and does not alter the live game’s Clean / Assisted status.
Post-hand Review
Your committed discards and pegging cards are graded after the decision, so you can learn from mistakes without asking the coach to choose first.

Six cards become four
Each player is dealt six cards and sends two to the dealer’s crib. The four kept cards are used for pegging and later counted with the starter card.
Play without passing 31
Players alternate cards while keeping a running total. Fifteen and thirty-one score 2. Consecutive equal ranks score pairs, and the newest cards can also score runs.
Sometimes you cannot play
If every card in your hand would push the count over 31, say Go. The other player continues if possible; the final card before a reset usually scores 1.
Count fifteens, pairs and runs
After pegging, the non-dealer counts first, then the dealer, then the dealer’s crib. Four-card hand flushes count outside the crib; a crib flush needs all five cards.
The famous perfect hand
The maximum hand score is 29: four fives with the matching-suit Jack arranged so the Jack scores nobs against the fifth five as starter.
