How to play Three rules, then start

1. Grow exactly

A 4 belongs to one connected region containing exactly four 4s.

2. Close completed regions

Once a region reaches its number, neighboring cells outside it must be different.

3. Same sizes stay separate

Two different regions of the same number cannot touch by an edge.
