Multiplication Speed Test

Practice multiplication facts and mental products against a one-minute clock. The Sprint uses the same real multiplication generator as focused Practice, adds a timer and personal best, and sends any missed products into a transparent Weak Facts queue.

Start a 60-second Multiplication Sprint

This entry opens the Sprint with multiplication selected. After it loads, you can keep mixed tables or choose one table from 2 through 12, change Easy/Standard/Hard, or switch the timer between 30, 60 and 120 seconds.

A timed multiplication drill, not a fixed worksheet

The one-minute Sprint keeps producing multiplication questions until time expires rather than stopping after ten. Standard mode uses a moderate factor range, Easy keeps factors friendlier, and Hard introduces larger first factors. The second factor remains in a practical mental-multiplication range. If you choose a specific 2–12 table, the first factor is locked to that table so the timer becomes a focused facts drill.

Track speed and accuracy separately

A fast multiplication drill should not reward button mashing. Every submitted answer increases attempts, while only correct answers increase the correct count and streak. The result shows accuracy and correct answers per minute separately. The 1,000-point game score weights accuracy at 70% and capped pace at 30%, so speed matters without hiding careless errors.

Practice the products you actually miss

When a multiplication answer is wrong, that exact product is added to Weak Facts on this device. The system does not claim that you are globally weak at a table or estimate a memory probability. It simply remembers the missed expression. In Weak Facts review, three correct review attempts in a row retire the item; another miss resets the streak to zero and keeps it in the queue.

Use the untimed modes when speed is not the goal

Timed practice is useful for fluency, but it is not the only way to learn multiplication. The existing ten-question Practice mode remains available with the same difficulty and table selectors. That makes it possible to first work carefully on a table, then use a Sprint as a speed check, and finally review only the products that caused errors.

Keep going

The focused page is an entry point into the same Mental Math engine, not a separate thin copy. After a Sprint you can switch to ten-question Practice, narrow the operation, or review only facts that you actually missed.
